This is the form for the burner tube. In order to
build it up to the thickness I needed, I used layers of duct tape
wrapped around it. The first layer was put on adhesive-side out so
that the sleeve does not stick to the plastic. This makes it easy to
remove it from the refractory afterwards.
Here are the forms all mocked-up in place prior to starting the
pour.
